Speed-to-Lead ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
Information We Collect
When you use Speed-to-Lead, we collect:
- Account Information: Your name, company name, phone number, email address, and Calendly booking link
- Gmail Access: With your permission, we access your Gmail to detect incoming lead notification emails from Zillow, Realtor.com, and similar services. We only read emails from these lead sources.
- Lead Data: Information about leads extracted from notification emails, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and property interests
- Call Recordings: Audio recordings of AI calls made to leads on your behalf
How We Use Your Information
- To detect incoming leads from your connected Gmail account
- To initiate AI phone calls to leads on your behalf
- To transfer calls to your phone number
- To book appointments on your Calendly calendar
- To log lead data and call outcomes to your Google Sheet
- To send follow-up emails to leads from your Gmail account
Data Storage
Your data is stored in:
- Google Sheets: Lead data is written to your own Google Sheet, which you control
- Retell AI: Call recordings are stored by our voice AI provider
- Modal: Temporary processing data on our serverless infrastructure
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers necessary to operate the system (Retell AI for calls, Google APIs for Sheets/Gmail, Calendly for scheduling)
- When required by law
Gmail API Usage
Our use of Gmail API data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Gmail data necessary to detect lead notification emails and send follow-up messages on your behalf.
Your Rights
You can:
- Revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings
- Delete your lead data from your Google Sheet at any time
- Request removal from our system by contacting us
