By using Speed-to-Lead ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Speed-to-Lead is an automated lead response system for real estate professionals. The Service monitors your Gmail for lead notification emails, initiates AI phone calls to leads, and logs results to your Google Sheet.

Account Requirements

• You must be a licensed real estate professional or work for a licensed brokerage
• You must provide accurate contact and business information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate real estate lead follow-up
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing and communication laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Not use the Service to contact people who have opted out or requested no contact
• Ensure you have appropriate consent to contact leads

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You are responsible for leads contacted through your account
• You must promptly update your settings if your phone number or availability changes

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Google, Retell AI, Calendly) which may experience outages.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Missed or delayed lead calls
• Inaccurate lead parsing from email notifications
• Failed call transfers or appointment bookings
• Any lost business opportunities

SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text messages we send to consumers on behalf of the real estate agents who use our platform.

Program description

When a consumer submits an enquiry about a property through a listing service such as Zillow or Realtor.com, our automated assistant calls them on the listing agent's behalf. During that call it asks whether it may send a text confirming the details. Consumers who agree receive one message after the call confirming their appointment or thanking them for the conversation.

How you opt in

By verbally agreeing during that phone call. Your agreement is recorded in the call audio and transcript, which we retain as the record of your consent. We do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists, skip tracing, or third-party data providers, and we never text anyone who did not agree on the call.

Message frequency

One message per enquiry. This is not a recurring programme. There is no marketing sequence and no follow-up messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@agencyautonoma.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others.

Privacy

Your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Gmail access and removing your row from the system. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
