By using Speed-to-Lead ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
Speed-to-Lead is an automated lead response system for real estate professionals. You forward your lead notification emails to an address we provide. The Service reads those forwarded messages, places AI phone calls to the leads described in them, attempts to transfer qualified leads to you or book them on your calendar, and logs every result to your own Google Sheet. We do not connect to your email account and hold no credentials for it.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Google, Retell AI, Calendly) which may experience outages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
These terms apply to the text messages we send to consumers on behalf of the real estate agents who use our platform.
When a consumer submits an enquiry about a property through a listing service such as Zillow or Realtor.com, our automated assistant calls them on the listing agent's behalf. During that call it asks whether it may send a text confirming the details. Consumers who agree receive one message after the call confirming their appointment or thanking them for the conversation.
By verbally agreeing during that phone call. Your agreement is recorded in the call audio and transcript, which we retain as the record of your consent. We do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists, skip tracing, or third-party data providers, and we never text anyone who did not agree on the call.
One message per enquiry. This is not a recurring programme. There is no marketing sequence and no follow-up messages.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@agencyautonoma.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others.
Your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may cancel at any time from your billing page, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect promptly, after which the Service places no further calls and sends no further messages on your behalf. You should also delete the forwarding rule in your email account, which is entirely under your control.
Your Google Sheet belongs to you. It stays in your Google account with your full call history in it, and we remove our own access to it after cancellation. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
